Dr. Alireza Gharighoranis the general director of roads and urban development and the head of the road and urban development coordination council of Isfahan province. He graduated with a PhD in civil engineering from Tarbiat Modares University and is an associate professor of the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Daneshpajoohan Pishro Higher Education Institute. Before that, he was the technical and civil deputy of Qom municipality. Dr. Gharighoran has served in the positions of technical and civil assistant, transportation and traffic assistant, and managing director of Isfahan Municipal Civil Engineering Organization between 1382 and 1394.
